Is this official merchandise?

Creative Goods Merchandise is the only official merchandise supplier for Kit Kat Club.

What are the actual sizes of your shirts?

We use a variety of shirts from different manufactures, so the fit of each shirt will vary by style. Ladies tees in particular are wildly variable depending on the cut of the shirt. If you have questions about a specific shirt, please email us and we’d be happy to give you details. Sizing for a common unisex tee is below. 

 

Does the product displayed online match the actual product?

Some colors on your computer screen may not exactly match the actual print on the actual product.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What countries do you ship to? 

We currently deliver to the UK, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Do you ship to PO box or Army Post addresses?

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to PO Box or Army Post addresses.

What delivery options are available?

We have several delivery options available for orders. Please visit our dedicated delivery page for more information here.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK delivery times may vary depending on which delivery option is chosen at checkout. Please visit our dedicated delivery page for more information here.

Where is my parcel?

If you have not received your parcel within the estimated time frame, please email westendshop@creativegoodsnyc.com

What about international duties and taxes?

Please note, duties and taxes may be applicable to any orders.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? 

Any unwanted items can be returned within 28 days of the date of purchase for a refund to the value of the product/s purchased. If after 28 days you have decided the item is not appropriate you will only be eligible for an exchange providing the item is returned to us in an appropriate, unworn/unused condition. 
If you have received items you did not order or that prove to be damaged, contact our customer service department at westendshop@creativegoodsnyc.com

Creative Goods is not responsible for the cost of returning the item. We reserve the right to refuse any return if in the event we have reason to believe the duty of care has not been undertaken. We request that with Media Products such as CDs/DVDs etc you respect your consumer responsibility of Duty of care and return the products us to us in the original packaging. Creative Goods will not offer refunds or exchanges to those consumers who have purchased through a private buyer. 
 
We recommend items be returned via recorded delivery for proof sending and receipt as Creative Goods cannot be held responsible for the returning of items. The cost of returning the items will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Be certain the items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials. Include a copy of your original packing slip, with a description of the reason for return.
If you’re returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded less shipping.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at westendshop@creativegoodsnyc.com. As soon as the item is received, you will be refunded less the shipping fees to which you may then purchase the required item. 
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving them provided that Creative Goods receives the item in the condition it was when it was delivered to you. 

Can I exchange my online order at the Kit Kat Club?

All online orders will need to be sent back to our warehouse. We cannot process online returns at the theatre. 

ORDERS & BILLING

Can I order over the phone?

No, all orders must be processed via our website. 

Can I add an item to my order later?

Unfortunately you cannot add items to your order once you have checked out. 

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been sent out. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at westendshop@creativegoodsnyc.com as soon as possible. Please note we cannot cancel your order if it has already been sent out. 

Do you sell gift vouchers?

At this time, we do not sell gift vouchers.

What if my credit card declines?

In the event that your credit card declines, your order will not be accepted. Please try again using a different payment method (another credit card or PayPal).
